Where do your guitars ship from?
Our instruments ship from the Barcelona area in Spain. All shipments are insured and arranged through Mail Boxes Etc. in Molins de Rei, normally with UPS or FedEx. Deliveries within the EU VAT area do not require import customs formalities. Other destinations and special territories require an individual quotation; any import taxes, customs duties and clearance charges at the destination are payable by the buyer.
Is shipping included?
Yes. Insured delivery is included in our prices for destinations within the EU VAT area. For destinations outside this area, including the United States and the United Kingdom, and for special territories, contact us for an individual quotation. Any import taxes, customs duties and clearance charges at the destination are payable by the buyer.
How long does delivery take?
Our original sales terms indicate an estimated two to six days after payment and confirmation of availability. Delivery depends on the destination and carrier; we will confirm the expected timeframe for your order.
Are the photographs of the actual guitar?
Yes. Product galleries show the individual instrument being offered. The studio image on our homepage is a brand illustration. Ask us if you would like an additional view or a close-up of a particular detail.
How can I buy a guitar?
Add the guitar to your cart and review the total and shipping destination before continuing to the secure payment page. We require your tax identification number or equivalent identity document number before payment so that we can process your order and prepare your invoice. If online checkout is being prepared, contact us to confirm availability and arrange your order. A test checkout does not create a real purchase.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Bank transfer is available for direct orders once we have confirmed the instrument and sent the order details. Please contact us first. Available online payment methods are shown on the secure payment page. Contact us to arrange a direct bank-transfer order.
What is your returns policy?
Our supplied sales terms provide a fourteen-day withdrawal period for eligible consumer purchases. Please contact us before returning an instrument and retain its case and packaging. For a Reverb purchase, read the return policy attached to that listing.

Absolutely. Tell us about your playing style, current instrument and the feel or sound you are hoping to find. We are happy to discuss the different builds and their specifications.
